How we are more than a label. How do we consider the labels within our lives to support a better understand our sense of self, thoughts, and behaviours? What are the values and challenges of labels we give ourselves, are assigned, and attach to others.
Introvert or Extrovert: what’s in a label?
The terms ‘Introvert’ and ‘Extrovert’ have become popular again in recent years. These two different personality types can be useful in helping us to understand why people can behave differently. Here I look at whether the meaning of these words has become lost in translation.
