Where

I offer in-person counselling in Holloway, North London and Dalston, East London.

This can work well if you want to talk in a neutral space, away from your home and everyday life. I work in comfortable rooms without distractions.

I offer online counselling wherever you are in the UK for those who prefer to communicate by phone or video. This can work well if you have access to a quiet space where you can talk privately and without interruptions.

If you have questions or needs around accessing my private counselling or therapy services, please contact me.

When

I encourage people to attend counselling on the same day at the same time each week.

This is because regular therapy is often the most effective way to make a positive change.

I offer time-limited therapy and open-ended therapy with regular reviews to make sure that we're both satisfied with how the work is going. Sessions last 50 minutes.

If you are interested to work with me, I’ll arrange a time for us to talk, at no cost and with no pressure to commit to further sessions. Our first session will include discussing how to work together and what we will work towards.

Fees

I ask people to pay to reserve a regular session time rather than for individual sessions attended. I charge £60 for in-person or online (video or phone) sessions.

Payment for sessions can be made in advance or on a weekly basis. I accept payment by bank transfer.

Details on how to make payments and answers to other Frequently Asked Questions can be found here.

If you’re unsure about making a financial commitment to counselling, there are organisations that offer low cost or free counselling, and your GP can also refer you for therapy or counselling through the NHS.
