Over time this awareness can empower us to be true to ourselves and be more resilient. Working with a therapist provides a trusting and supportive space to focus on what’s going on for you.

I offer online counselling wherever you are, if you prefer to communicate by phone or video and have access to a quiet space where you can talk privately. I offer in-person counselling in Holloway and Dalston, North London, if you prefer to talk in a neutral space, away from your home and everyday life.
