About Therapy

Therapy involves noticing and sometimes challenging the ways we think about ourselves, our past and the situations we find ourselves in. Over time this awareness can empower us to be true to ourselves and be more resilient. Working with a therapist provides a trusting and supportive space to focus on what’s going on for you.

My Approach

I believe that all people have inborn value and are best placed to understand themselves. I also believe that the things we think and do unconsciously can tell us about hidden parts of ourselves, and that the relationship you have with a therapist can show how you relate to other people in your life.

Services

I offer online counselling wherever you are, if you prefer to communicate by phone or video and have access to a quiet space where you can talk privately. In the future I will offer in-person counselling in Holloway, North London, if you prefer to talk in a neutral space, away from your home and everyday life.
